Medical device feasibility study
High quality sleep is essential for health and wellbeing. However, in the UK alone, there are over 11 million people with mobility limitations, who struggle to maintain a comfortable position in bed and get a good night's sleep.
We were delighted to help Person Centred Solutions Ltd design their feasibility study for their 'Bed Band' device, which aims to help reduce the incidence of insomnia, pain, and discomfort, resulting in improved quality and duration of sleep.
Td manufacturing, including a user-led and person-centric iterative design methodology, and uniquely supports people along their torso, leaving their arms able to move more freely, allowing more independence during the night.
